Our policy
Live Cams respects copyright and processes valid DMCA takedown notices without delay. Because the directory pulls performer cards from third-party cam platforms via their API, most takedown questions belong to the upstream brand, but we will remove or block any URL on Live Cams that points to allegedly infringing material as soon as a complete notice arrives.
How to file a notice
Use the contact form with the DMCA subject preselected. A complete notice should include: the URL on Live Cams you want removed, the URL or description of the original work, your name and a way for us to confirm receipt, a statement made in good faith that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge every complete DMCA notice within 24 hours and to remove the disputed URL on Live Cams within 72 hours, often faster. The contact form gives every case a tracking number so we and you can follow it.
Counter notice
If we receive a counter notice from a performer or a rights holder claiming the takedown was wrong, we will share it with you and may restore the URL on Live Cams pending further review, in line with standard DMCA practice.
All takedown notices go through the contact form so we can track them and reply with a case number.
